REFUND POLICY
I hope you will be pleased with your order but if you wish to return your item for any reason please contact me within in 14 days of delivery in the first instance and please return to me within 30 days of delivery.
Please note personalised and custom orders can not be refunded unless faulty.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
In the event of an item arriving in a damaged condition please take photos of any damaged packaging before opening and also photos of the damaged jewellery item.
Please contact me via email at Becky@flutterbuyzstudio.com within 7 days of receiving the item so I am aware of the damage and so I can help rectify the issue as quickly as possible for you.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RETURNING AN ITEM
- Please contact me within 14 days of delivery to notify me of your intention to return the item.
-- Unless the item is damaged or faulty (see above) please be aware that buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
I recommend using a recorded or tracked service.
- Please package your item in the original packaging where possible and ensure the item is received unworn and in its original condition. Please note the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please ensure you obtain proof of postage for your return from the Post Office.
• Please enclose a note with your contact and order details and ensure it is returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
